Associate Attorney
Gabriella Diaz is an Associate Attorney who focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianships, and probate, with a strong emphasis on helping families protect the people and things that matter most to them. She enjoys working with clients who are planning for the future as well as those navigating difficult or unexpected transitions.
Ms. Diaz earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and international affairs from Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. During law school, Ms. Diaz gained invaluable experience in in elder law and in her community. She served as President of the Elder Law Society at Stetson, participated in community outreach for the Hispanic Bar Association, by planning community and networking events, and was the Publications Editor for Stetson Law’s Journal of Aging Law and Policy. She was also a Fellow at the Elder Justice Center, where she assisted professors with legal research and helped organize and support community programs such as Wills for Warriors. Her commitment to elder law was recognized when she received the Matthew Bender Elder Law Book Award.
Ms. Diaz is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association and Better Living for Seniors.
In her spare time, Ms. Diaz spends time with her golden retriever, Parker, at the park or the beach. She loves reading, trying new restaurants, traveling, and saying yes to new experiences whenever she can.
