Associate Attorney
Melissa is an Associate Attorney who joined Hitchcock Law Group in 2022.
Melissa attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelors in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Melissa received her Juris Doctorate in 2021, from Stetson University College of Law.
She is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Guardian Association of Pinellas County. Melissa is also a member of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and Clearwater Young Professionals.
As an Elder and Disability Attorney, her primary areas of expertise and focus are: Medicaid, Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship.
