Estate Planning

Long-term care in an assisted living facility or skilled nursing facility averages up to $10,000.00 per month and Medicare does not cover this cost. Medicaid may be able to assist with long-term care costs.
Social Security Disability (SSDI) & Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
SSDI/SSI provides a safety net for individuals who are disabled and unable to work. Most individuals are denied from receiving these benefits when they apply. If you or a loved one was denied receiving SSDI/SSI or Disabled Adult Child (DAC) benefit, we can assist in appealing the denial.

A lawsuit settlement or an inheritance is often a welcome surprise; however, for someone on governmental benefits like Medicaid and SSI, it can be a problem. A special needs trust can be used to receive the benefit of the settlement or inheritance and allow you or your loved one to maintain eligibility for governmental benefits.
