Associate Attorney
Rebecca is an Associate Attorney who joined Hitchcock Law Group in January 2023. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is of Cuban descent.
Rebecca attended undergraduate school at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and obtained her Juris Doctorate at University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee.
After obtaining her license to practice, Rebecca worked as Assistant General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services for two years. Upon relocating to Florida, Rebecca’s passion, dedication, and experience in assisting families led her to change her career path towards Elder and Disability Law.
As an Attorney, Rebecca’s main goals have always been to be an available resource to her community when it comes to protecting and providing for loved ones.
Her main areas of focus are Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Supplemental Needs Trusts, Social Security Disability Benefits and Claims.
Rebecca is an active member of the Clearwater Bar Association, Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
She resides in Pinellas County with her husband Justin, and their daughter Olivia.
