Associate Attorney
Jeidy has been an associate attorney at Hitchcock Law Group since 2020. She concentrates her practice on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration, Guardianships, and Medicaid Planning.
Jeidy’s experience working with the elderly as a nursing assistant and advocating for disabled children, during her time as a guardian ad litem, fostered an interest in Elder and Disability law. Jeidy understands that these topics can be complex, emotionally driven, and as such, she utilizes an empathetic and educational approach when counseling her clients, who oftentimes are made up of the more vulnerable individuals in the community.
She was born and raised in Cuba and is a fluent Spanish speaker. As a bilingual individual, Jeidy strives to make her practice accessible to Spanish speaking members of the community.
In 2015, Jeidy obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2020 from Stetson University College of Law with a concentration in Elder Law.
She is a member of the Clearwater Bar, Elder Law Section and Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers Division, Florida Association for Women Lawyers – Pinellas Section and the Guardian Association of Pinellas County.
Jeidy is married to her high school sweetheart, Luis, and in early 2025 they welcomed their son, Rafael.
